Hat Day – Australian Rotary Health

Hat Day by Aust Rotaary Health President RobyPresident Roby’s effort last Sunday at the Port Douglas Markets to raise much needed funds for Australian Rotary Health research into mental health prevention and awareness. It’s called Hat Day and is held annually in October. To quote President Roby: “We were all supposed to wear crazy hats, and yes, you've got it, I was the only one crazy enough to do so.  Never mind I had a great time convincing the public to buy our raffle tickets and the looks and comments about my hat (mostly positive ones may I add) made my day. We did very well for the cause. Thank you to all those who support Rotary.”
