Garden of Plastic

As part of the " Call of the Running Tide - Environmental Sculpture and Multimedia Festival 2021" (CRT) Workshops for children aged 7-12 were held in the Mossman Shire Hall. The children used recycled plastic bottle tops and lids, to create a large installation in the Mossman Shire Hall. The art works on board were created over 10 days with 78 to be selected for an outside wall mural for the new "Paws and Claws" facility. This project was funded by the Rotary Club of Mossman and supported with generous donations from Mossman Hardware, Call of the Running Tide funds and Markham Timbers. Douglas Shire Council has also provided significant monetary and in-kind support for CRT
