World’s Greatest Meal Coffee Morning
Temptations Cafe and the Rotary Club of Mossman joined forces on Saturday 12th June to contribute to the fight to End Polio. Cafe patrons were asked to donate to this World's Greatest Meal event between 7am and 11am, with all donations going to the Rotary WGM End Polio Now Campaign. Rotary Clubs from Cairns to Mossman took part in this fund raising Coffee Morning, raising $1742.86, which with Bill and Melinda Gates contribution, will translate into $5228.58. That will fund over 6700 polio vaccines! Everyone who made a donation went into the draw for a night's accommodation at Peppers Beach Club in Palm Cove. This was won by Liam Robertson. Thank you to Temptations Cafe Mossman and everyone who took part in this worthwhile event. It was a great result, thank you all!
