Suicide intervention and awareness training
Mossman High School staff to receive suicide intervention and awareness training The Rotary Club of Mossman has generously donated $1,000 towards providing Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Suicide Alertness for Everyone (safeTALK) workshops for the staff of Mossman High School.
The Rotary Global Swimarathon
Swimmers of all capabilities are being urged to participate in an upcoming fundraiser towards the ongoing fight against polio. Mossman Rotary Club is taking part in a world-wide swim-marathon on Saturday, February 25, following on from their English Rotarian counterparts, according to Mossman Rotary’s, Roby Kessler.
BlueCare Motor Vehicle Sponsorship
Mossman Rotary Club has announced their continuing sponsorship of a Mossman Blue Care motor vehicle. The sponsorship is worth $2,500, and will cover operational costs of the vehicle for the next twelve months.
